Every year approximately 1,200 families and 3,000 children are homeless in Columbus. The Homeless Families Foundation (HFF) educates and nurtures children while empowering families to achieve stable housing. HFF equips and empowers families to provide a self-sufficient, stable home for their children, who in turn are equipped to actively participate in their own education and, ultimately, succeed in life.
Join Besa to support The Homeless Families Foundation. Besa volunteers will help sort food donations, pack Easter food kits for families and stock their food pantry.
  • A lead volunteer from The Homeless Families Foundation will be on-site to provide orientation and training.
  • 16 is the minimum age required and all minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Parking is available along Grubb Street and side roads -- please read signs carefully.
  • This event is ADA accessible.
  • Court-appointed volunteering: At this time, we can not accept court-appointed requests.
