For more than forty years, The Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resources Center (CRC) has been making a difference in the lives of Clintonville neighbors. The CRC is a community-based social services agency that promotes self-sufficiency while respecting individual worth, rights and dignity. Through the generous support of caring citizens and businesses, they provide assistance through their food pantry, child and youth programs, senior services, and kinship care program.

Join Besa and CRC to support Clintonville residents in need. As a volunteer, we'll help unload produce supplied by the Mid-Ohio Foodbank. When the foodbank truck arrives, we'll form a human chain and unload the produce (typically 6,000-10,000 lbs).

  • 7 is the minimum age required and all minors must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Wear comfortable shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty.

  • Depending on the items being unloaded, moderate to heavy lifting may be involved. If you're not comfortable lifting heavier items, please inform your Besa Volunteer Leader at the beginning of the event.

  • Dinner will be served to clients at 6:00pm and volunteers are encouraged to join.

  • There is no need to bring anything except an appetite.

  • Parking is available along nearby streets. Please read all signs carefully.

  • This event is ADA accessible.
  • Court-appointed volunteering: At this time, we can not accept court-appointed requests.
