Columbus Museum of Art is built for the community by the community. Their mission is to create great experiences with great art that is accessible to everyone. They celebrate the creative process and provide opportunities for the community to cultivate and discover the value of creativity in their own lives.

Join Besa and Columbus Museum of Art to promote art in our neighborhoods. As a volunteer, you'll work as part of a team to post flyers throughout the community, highlighting Lost & Found, an exciting new campaign built to raise awareness and accessibility to art.

  • We will meet at the museum, where CMA staff will provide an overview and supplies prior to canvassing efforts.
  • This is a family-friendly opportunity, but all minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please dress for the weather in comfortable clothes and shoes.
  • Volunteers will need reliable transportation to drive from CMA to their assigned Columbus neighborhood.
  • This event will require walking to canvas.
  • Parking is available for free in the CMA lot.
  • This event is ADA accessible.
  • Court-appointed volunteering: At this time, we can not accept court-appointed requests.
