Equitas Health (formerly AIDS Resource Center Ohio) is a regional not-for-profit community-based healthcare system founded in 1984. Its expanded mission has made it one of the nation’s largest HIV/AIDS, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning (LGBTQ) healthcare organizations.

Join Besa and Equitas Health to help address HIV/AIDS in our community. As a volunteer, you'll pack health education kits that will be distribtued in Cincinnati. These kits include information about Equitas Health, the services they provide for the LGBTQ+ community, and resources for HIV/AIDS services in the community.

Equitas Health will provide masks, gloves, and also practice social distancing. No client interaction will take place during this volunteer event. Volunteers are highly encouraged to bring their own mask or face covering.

The health and safety of volunteers is a priority. If you are sick, over the age of 50, or have a chronic health condition, it is in your best interest to stay home. Click here for more information about COVID-19.
