Address:
Directions: Details: Gracehaven is a local non-profit organization that helps rehabilitate child victims of sex trafficking. They provide safe housing and therapy, community case management, and prevention education in schools.
More than 1,100 youth are victims of sex-trafficking in Ohio every year. Gracehaven's annual "Over The Edge" event raises money to support their programming and survivors. The first 115 donors to raise $1,250 get to rappel 330 feet down The Chase Tower in the heart of downtown Columbus!
Join Gracehaven and Besa to help give hope and healing to child victims of human trafficking. As a volunteer, you'll assist with the teardown of the Over the Edge event while the last rappelers descend the edge of the Chase Town. Activities may include trash pick up, clearing tables, and tearing down signs.
Gracehaven will provide masks and also practice social distancing. Limited client interaction will take place during this volunteer event. If you have your own gloves, face mask and/or hand sanitizer please feel free to bring it/use your own.
The health and safety of volunteers is a priority. If you are sick, over the age of 50, or have a chronic health condition, it is in your best interest to stay home. Click here for more information about COVID-19.
