Address:
Directions: Details: For over 50 years, Alvis has made society's most vulnerable populations a priority by providing highly effective treatment programs. Their lines of service include research-based, comprehensive reentry and family support programs; behavioral health and substance abuse treatment services; recovery housing for women and their children; and services to individuals with developmental disabilities who are trying to live more independently in the community.
Join Besa and Alvis to support individuals reentering the workforce. As a volunteer, you'll sort through donations and organize the Alvis Clothing Closet so that clients have the best professional attire to choose from for their upcoming career opportunities.
Face masks are required to be worn at all times. Social distancing will be observed. Masks and gloves are available upon request. No client interaction will take place during this volunteer event.
The health and safety of volunteers is a priority. If you are sick, over the age of 60, or have a chronic health condition, it is in your best interest to stay home. Click here for more information about COVID-19.
Alvis could use the following donations to support the men, women, and families they serve. If you’d like to donate any of these items, please bring them with you when you volunteer and notify your Besa Volunteer Leader.
