Dress for Success empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attires and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.


Join Besa and Dress for Success to help empower women! As a volunteer, you'll help sort and organize donations of professional apparel that could furnish another woman with the confidence to enter or return to the workplace, make a great first impression and land a job that could change her life.


Volunteers are required to bring their own face masks and must be worn at all times. Social distancing will be observed. No client interaction will take place during this volunteer event.


The health and safety of volunteers is a priority. If you are sick, over the age of 60, or have a chronic health condition, it is in your best interest to stay home. Click here for more information about COVID-19.


  • 16 is the minimum age required and all minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
  • Parking: Parking is available at the Short North Church located at 25 W 5th Ave. A Volunteer Parking Pass will be emailed to you prior to the event. Additionally, metered parking is available along High Street. To pay for street parking you can use coins, credit card or the ParkMobile app. We encourage downloading the app prior to the event. Please read all signs carefully.

  • Court-appointed volunteering: At this time, we can not accept court-appointed requests.
