The Weinland Park Community Garden (WPCG) began in 2005 to inspire youth to appreciate and support environmental preservation. The garden has turned a barren, unfruitful land into a place of beauty for the entire community to enjoy. The food grown at the Weinland Park Community Garden is harvested for: Weinland Park teens and residents who helped grow it, Fruit of the Vine food pantry, and DOMA's Freedom a la Carte food truck which provides job training and nutrition education to survivors of human trafficking.
