Details:

The Clarfield Farm is a 3+ acre diversified vegetable farm. The farm sits on the grounds of a now closed public school building, Clarfield Elementary School. The vacant school building is surrounded by over five acres of farmable land. The harvested food provides underserved communities with increased access to local produce.

Volunteers will assist in the following:

• Volunteer activities include: planting seeds and seedlings, weeding, pruning plants, spreading compost, and harvesting produce
• Dress for the weather in comfortable clothes that can get dirty
• Wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes
• Supplies, including tools and gloves, will be provided at the farm.
• Bring a bottle of water!
• Youth with parent, 13+, can join!
