The United Methodist Free Store provides clothing and household items to individuals and families in a hospitable atmosphere that affirms the self-worth of each individual. Everything in the store is provided to families, free of cost, so they aren't burdened with paying for basic necessities. More than 50,000 families have become members of the Free Store since they opened our doors in January 1999.

The Christmas Shop provides Free Store families an opportunity to select, free of charge, new toys and clothing for their children. Over 500 children will be served through the program. Besa volunteer activities may include helping parents select presents, wrapping presents, and organizing gift stations.

We’re inviting NBC4 viewers and Besa volunteers to join Team NBC at Southside Free Store.
