Details:

Since 2010, the Human Service Chamber (HSC) has provided member services, advocacy, and support for nearly 100 health and human services nonprofits in Franklin County. HSC was conceived by nonprofit leaders who believed that working together—and coming together with one voice—would improve services to the people they served, and to the community as a whole. During the COVID-19 pandemic, HSC has rallied nonprofit leaders to advocate for PPE, funding, and resources to amplify their impact in Columbus.

Join Besa and the Human Service Chamber to pack t-shirts for nonprofit heroes in our community! As a volunteer, you'll package t-shirts that will be mailed out with words of appreciation to nonprofit leaders in Columbus. This token of appreciation illustrates the gratitude that our community has for these nonprofits who have stepped up during this crisis.

Besa and the Human Service Chamber will practice social distancing. Volunteers are required to bring their own mask. No client interaction will take place during this volunteer event. If you have your own gloves, face mask and/or hand sanitizer please feel free to bring it/use your own.

The health and safety of volunteers is a priority. If you are sick, over the age of 50, or have a chronic health condition, it is in your best interest to stay home. Click here for more information about COVID-19.
