So fun

This was such a great event. We were able to help make a new tags for walks and also had fun interacting with the dogs while being able to take them out for one of their walks!

Great for families!

Had a wonderful afternoon preparing treats for the dogs at the shelter with the family. Plenty of gloves were provided so don't let the slightly messy task scare you off at all. One of the dog wardens gave us a great tour of the facility. We had an awesome pup keep us company which made the day full of smiles. Thanks for an awesome time, and to our volunteer lead who kept us running smoothly :)

So Much Fun!

I came to this event on Sunday, May 13. The staff - who were shelter volunteers - were super friendly and welcoming, took us on a tour of the shelter if we wanted to see it, and gave us a chance to socialize with a dog while we worked on our projects. Everything was well explained, and if you didn't wish to get your hands dirty stuffing kong toys, there were PLENTY of blankets to make! All in all, a great experience.
